ACTIV-6 may be for you if:
You are 30 or older and have mild-to-moderate COVID-19.
What is the ACTIV-6 Study?
ACTIV-6 is a national study to find out whether certain medications approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) can help people with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 feel better faster. The study will look at up to 7 medications, but you would only take one. There are no clinic visits in ACTIV-6. All study evaluations can be completed remotely, whether you’re at home or elsewhere, and medications are shipped directly to you.

Why Participate?
By participating in ACTIV-6, you will help us learn more about the best ways to treat other people with COVID-19 who have mild-to-moderate symptoms.
- There are not many FDA-approved medications that can be taken at home to treat people with mild-to-moderate COVID-19.
- Even with a successful vaccine strategy, thousands remain at risk for the virus.
- Knowing how best to treat people with mild-to-moderate COVID could help them feel better faster.
Is the ACTIV-6 Study Right for Me?
You may be a good match for the ACTIV-6 study if you meet the basic 3 requirements:

- For the next 14 days, fill out daily questionnaires online about how you’re doing taking the medicine, any new or better symptoms, and other quality of life issues.
